  • Q: What is PDR?

A: Paintless Dent Removal/Repair, also referred to as PDR, is the process of repairing dents, dings, creases, and hail damage on vehicles without the inconvenience and expense of traditional body shop repair methods. Dents and hail damage are gently massaged out of a vehicle’s body from behind the affected panel. The result is a pristine, dent-free panel with original paint and parts intact.

  • Q: Do you handle insurance repairs?

A: Yes, we accept all hail / or dent claims from all insurance companies.

  • Q: Do you Guarantee the repair?

A: Absolutely, the saying “under promise and over deliver” is a common phrase for us, we only give the service we would expect ourselves. Satisfaction is our guarantee.

  • Q: Why choose PDR instead of taking your car to the body shop?

    1) Repair time is often quicker. 2) Retains original factory finish. 3) Optimizes your vehicle resale value because it still has its original parts. 4) Eliminates lease charge-backs if your car is leased. 5) Kind to the environment. 6) No fillers, chemicals, solvents or paint used. 7) Gentle on your vehicle. 8) Repairs are all manually done using specialized tools to prevent unnecessary stress and damage to your vehicle. 9) Costs a fraction of the cost of body shop repairs. 10) 100% Lifetime Guarantee. repaired dents do not reappear.

  • Q: Hail damage, there is a lot of damage done to my vehicle; what do I do?

A: First call your insurance provider. They will advise you of their protocol. They will probably want a member of their own appraisal team to have a look at your vehicle. Once you have received a copy of the estimate, research in finding the best local, time-tested shop that suits your needs. They may recommend you to see one of the providers, or you can request to seek your own skilled technician. Once you receive a copy of your estimate from your appraiser, you can arrange to book a repair time that works for you.

  • Q: How long will the repairs last?

A: There is no reason a repaired dent should return unless something has hit the panel to cause additional damage.

  • Q: Will you need to remove any part of my car to repair it?

A: There are chances yes we may need to remove some parts in order to gain proper access for repair, however, we do everything possible to leave your vehicle completely intact.
